Playing on the move and staying secure: what to expect
Mobile experience – no app, no compromises
We have not built a separate native app for iOS or Android. That is a deliberate choice. Instead, the entire platform is designed as a responsive website that adapts to your screen size, whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop. You access everything through your regular browser – no download, no storage taken up, and no risk of an outdated app version.
In our tests on a standard 4G connection, the main page and game lobby load in under two seconds. The layout adjusts automatically to portrait and landscape orientations, and we have optimised the touch interactions so that swiping, tapping, and spinning feel natural on smaller screens. Of the 6,500+ games available on desktop, roughly 95% are playable directly in the mobile browser – including slots, live dealer tables, and jackpot games. The remaining few are legacy titles that rely on older technology; we are working with providers to bring those into the responsive library.
Data usage is modest. A typical slot session of 30 minutes might consume around 30–50 MB, depending on the game’s graphics complexity. Live casino streams use more – roughly 150–200 MB per hour at standard quality. You can adjust video quality in the live lobby if you are on a limited plan.
Security stack – built to protect your data and your play
Security is not an afterthought here. Every connection between your device and our servers is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS – the same standard used by banks and payment gateways. All financial transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant channels, meaning your card details and wallet credentials are handled by certified third-party processors, not stored on our systems.
We also deploy automated anti-fraud monitoring that flags unusual activity – for example, multiple accounts from the same IP, rapid deposit-and-withdraw patterns, or attempts to abuse bonuses. These checks run silently in the background and rarely affect legitimate players.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not yet available at launch, but we are evaluating it for a future update. In the meantime, we recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling the automatic logout feature, which ends your session after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you step away from your device, your account is protected.
Account controls and uptime
Beyond encryption, we give you direct control over your own security. From your account dashboard you can set deposit limits, take a time-out, or request self-exclusion via email. These tools are available immediately after registration and are irreversible once activated, so use them thoughtfully.
Our infrastructure is designed for 99.9% uptime. We run redundant servers and automatic failover to minimise downtime during maintenance or unexpected spikes. The platform has been load-tested to handle several thousand concurrent players without noticeable lag. If something does go wrong, our 24/7 live chat team can assist – and the mobile website works seamlessly on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, so you are rarely locked out.
